About the blog

My journey as a Psychic and an Energy Therapist began over 30 years ago and led me to Herman Minkin, who became my Teacher and Mentor for the last few years.

I apply unique methods of working with chakras and channels developed by Aharata School led by Guru Var Avera. The lineage of this School goes down to Pharaohs of Egypt.

In this blog I explain some of these techniques adapted to our busy everyday lives. Please visit my youtube channel Tara Pine or instantgo for more.

Part 3: “Inner Dialogue”

Psychic Development Posted on Sun, July 29, 2018 15:55

Hi everyone,

Tara Pine here.

Today we will be talking about our inner dialogue. Many of us already know how important it is to be able to pause it and achieve stillness in our mind. Our inner dialogue is the main reason we can’t feel our energy flow – our brain is too busy with chatter to be able to notice anything else. There are always some thoughts, whispers or songs to be heard in the background inside our heads and we consider it to be the functioning of our brain.

In fact, the 2-3% of brain potential we use while awake, so called day consiousness, works just like the radio or TV tuning itself into this or that wave length. It’s like having a super computer in hand and using it only for watching videos and not even being able to choose what to watch.

We need our brain to recieve information from the outside world, to process it and to make a decision based on it. However, more often than not, when the decision is already made and we are in the process of implementing it, our brain is singing something like “Desmond has a barrow in the market place…”

So why do we have to stop inner dialogue? The truth is that the overwhelming traffic of information, all these billboards with slogans, keeps our brain busy and unable to notice the plain reality around us. This, first of all, takes up a lot of our energy flow so some chakras may start starving which, in turn, will stimulate our brain to substitute their functions.

Secondly, spammed input traffic makes us not able to notice the reality around us. If only we could choose a pill, like Neo in the “Matrix”, and have this veil taken off our eyes…

During meditation we learn how to tune our brain into the wave length of our choice after we silence it. Ultimately, we can tune into our subconsious and this may bring an additional dimension(s) into our life.

You can try meditating on the flame of the candle to begin with. If you manage to stare at it thoughtlessly, say for one hour, you will feel your energy levels rising straight away. Your sensitivity will increase as well and you may start to experience subtle sensations during meditation like tingling on your fingertips or goose bumps on your skin.

I wish you every success and excitement on your path to your true self.

Part 2: “A look in the mirror”

Psychic Development Posted on Sun, July 29, 2018 15:52

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

Tara Pine here.

Today we continue talking about how our lives revolved, revolve and will be revolving around one simple issue – our energy levels.

I bet that all of you heard that humans consist not just out of their physical bodies but also out of the subtle energy fields functioning in certain ways.

Let’s look into it. Only 2-3% of our energy flow is controlled by us consciously in every day life by our so called “day consiousness”, the rest of our energy is under control of our subconscious.

That’s why, in order to get access to more energy we ultimately need to get in touch with deep layers of our mind. One needs 5% of theory and 95% of practice to achieve a considerable progress along this path. There is one clear criteria to indicate that you are moving in the right direction – raising of your energy levels. It is very simple indeed but it’s also very different from the way we used to learn at school by training our brain to memorise sums and time tables. This process is much more subtle and its called meditation.

Everyone is capable of feeling his own energy levels and energy flow through his chakras. Say, you are in a certain mood, at the certain energy level and then memories about a sexual partner from your past enter your thoughts. Undoubtedly, you will start feeling somehow differently. The change will happen within few seconds. Acknowledging and observing this change is the first step on your path into the depths of your mind.

Many people nowadays feel that there was something important missing in our school syllabus. They realise that our lives are sequences of energy interactions. We have our own specific ways of relating to the world around us which result in particular patterns in our energy channels.

In the previous video we talked about people living in big cities and how they often have only one or two chakras functioning properly and the rest keep on going thanks to the resonance with other people.

Many of us would like to increase the energy flow through our chakras. However, it is necessary to prepare ourselves for this increase otherwise it may be like pumping water under pressure into a blocked pipe – it will hurt our weakest points.

There is a simple exercise we can do to prevent this. Look into the mirror and say out loud: “I deserve all the best in the worls.” Surprisingly, many people find it very hard to convince themselves that they do deserve it indeed. You should try different angles of looking in the mirror, different timbre of your voice. You should connect to the part of yourself which agree with your statement and make it grow bigger everyday. You should believe yourself 100%, there should not be any doubt whatsoever about you deserving all the best in this world. You’ll find it easier to achieve some days than other. Please practice it for at least two weeks before attempting to do any type of meditation.

Love and light to you all.

Part 1: “Where is my energy?”

Psychic Development Posted on Sun, July 29, 2018 15:48

Hi everyone,

Tara Pine here.

People keep on asking me one question: “Why don’t I have enough energy?”

Let’s look into this problem together.

We live on the planet called Earth under the star called the Sun and our lives revolve around sustaining a particular energy level. We breathe, we eat, we interact with other people and objects and it changes our energy level.

You’d agree that a quest for energy goes on all our lives. In our relationships, be it husband-and-wife or parent-and-child, we are all after juicy energy to keep us feeling happy.

There is different energy flow in different systems.

As a rule, our bosses at work have an elevated energy level, they control the people beneath them. Say, if we overslept and were late for work, we may be uneasy about explaining it to them. In fact, we channel some of our energy to them by being anxious.

There is an energy exchange to the great degree between sexual partners but it is a whole separate topic. We may talk about it later.

In short, we all want to be appriciated at work, loved by our second halves, respected by our children and treasured by our parents because it fills us with good energy.

So how come so many people don’t feel this energy directly, just by being alive?

The problem is that nowadays our brain often replaces the proper function of our energy centers – so called chakras. An average person living in a big city has only two-three functioning chakras. Usually even these chakras have to be partly powered by the people around us.

For example city girl tells you that she can’t fall in love, she says that she can’t find the right person who would be able to give her what she needs. This is because her chakras are starving and are only able to receive energy.

It is very common now to have blocked throat chakra. We can’t always process our past negative experiences – can’t swallow them if you like – and as result very little energy sips down through our throat chakras.

Another problem is that even when the energy is there, we often don’t know how to channel it in the best way.

For example, we often choose to interact with a computer screen for sexual plesure. This way, instead of exchanging energy with a living human being during intercourse, we simply flush our energy down.

We also flush our energy down the drain when we watch or read the news and become involved in all the social tension, plenty of which is present in the world.

Let’s face it – many of us shut reality out of our lives. We go to work in the morning, we come home in the evening and stare into a screen in order to relax. We are surrounded by concrete, brick and mortar and the purpose of our lives is to repay the mortgage or to get one. We don’t notice the Sun above our heads and the Earth underneath our feet, our energy flow is almost dead. We have to spend a lot of money in pharmacies just to carry on living.

My dear friends, if we want to be able to feel our energy we have to build it up above certain level and to sustain it.

I hope I answered your question. Love and light to you all.
